Food Waste Business Opens Large Scale Insect Protein Factory

Finnish company Volare has opened an industrial scale facility that converts food industry waste into insect protein and has raised €7.1 million to expand the business. The model combines waste reduction with alternative food production. HPC can source circular economy, recycling, food waste and sustainable manufacturing businesses for investors and strategic buyers.
