Uzbekistan’s US$12 Billion Partnership Package Opens Doors for Technology Ventures

On 19 October, Uzbekistan announced 54 agreements and prospective initiatives with U.S. partners valued at approximately US$12 billion upon implementation, including cooperation in digital technology, satellite communications, artificial intelligence, agriculture and healthcare. The announcement did not identify a separate venture-capital fund or a confirmed startup-funding allocation; founders and technology businesses can explore partnerships and investor-readiness opportunities, while HPC can support feasibility analysis, scalable digital infrastructure and business intelligence.
