Uzbekistan’s US$12 Billion U.S. Partnership Package Opens Investment Opportunities

On 19 October, Uzbekistan announced 54 agreements and prospective initiatives with U.S. partners valued at approximately US$12 billion upon implementation, covering finance, infrastructure, critical minerals, healthcare and digital technologies. Cooperation with Franklin Templeton, Oppenheimer & Co., Citigroup and BlackRock is intended to improve access to international capital markets; financial advisers can explore capital-raising and investment-analysis opportunities, while HPC can support financial modelling and risk analytics, noting that US$12 billion is the overall package value rather than a confirmed advisory fee.
