Nigeria Seeks Legal Advisers for Its Infrastructure-Financing Platform

On 22 October, the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority published an expression-of-interest notice for legal advisory services for the Nigeria Infrastructure Financing and De-Risking Platform for Growth and Jobs, known as InfraGrowth. The listed submission deadline was 4 November. The reviewed notice did not disclose the contract value. Law firms, compliance advisers and financial-sector consultants can explore opportunities in infrastructure finance, legal due diligence and regulatory advisory services, while HPC can support secure document workflows, compliance-data management and reporting systems; no legal-services fee was published.
