WinHub Kyiv Plans $80 Million Logistics-Park Development

An investment report published during the week valued the planned WinHub Kyiv logistics-park project at approximately $80 million. The first phase is expected to cover around 20,000 square metres of warehouse space near Kyiv. Developers and property-service firms can explore warehouse construction, facilities planning and logistics-property services, while HPC can support property analytics and project-management data systems.
