Ukraine Signs €60 Million Border-Infrastructure Modernisation Loan

On 21 October, the European Investment Bank signed a €60 million loan agreement to upgrade Ukraine’s border crossings with the EU and Moldova, including terminals, access roads, waiting facilities and customs equipment and software. Infrastructure contractors and technology suppliers can explore construction, systems integration and equipment opportunities, while HPC can support infrastructure data analytics and project monitoring.
