Ukraine’s €6 Million Resilience Programme Creates Demand for Technical Skills

Ukraine’s 2026–2027 energy-resilience programme includes solar installations at 15 hospitals, alongside mobile heating solutions for selected communities. The programme has a stated budget of €6 million, creating potential demand for electrical engineering, installation, maintenance and technical project-management skills. HPC can support workforce analytics and technology-enabled training; the €6 million is the overall programme budget, not an HR contract.
