Strabag Appointed to Build EUR 200 Million Roma Tower in Warsaw

EurobuildCEE reported on 22 October that Strabag, together with TKT Engineering, had been appointed general contractor for Roma Tower, a planned 170-metre residential skyscraper in central Warsaw. The project is valued at approximately EUR 200 million and is planned to contain 357 apartments, with construction expected to take 50 months; developers, contractors and investors can contact HPC to discuss project monitoring, cost analytics and real-estate investment modelling.
