A commercial property market roundup published on 16 October reported five selected completed sales totalling A$217.76 million. The sample included an A$81 million South Brisbane office acquisition, a A$47.75 million Epping industrial portfolio, a A$40 million Caves Beach hospitality asset, a A$30.01 million Felixstow office building and a A$19 million Redfern hotel.
