Hitachi Energy Announces a $478.8 Million Canadian Manufacturing Project

On 16 October, the Government of Canada announced support for Hitachi Energy Canada’s planned electrical-grade pressboard manufacturing facility in London, Ontario. The project aims to strengthen domestic production of materials used in electrical infrastructure. Reported project value: CAD $478.8 million, including a federal investment of $30 million.
